Breakdown – please note this service only covers mechanical breakdowns. Any driver-induced breakdowns eg. Lights left on and battery drained, will be the responsibility of your business and charges will be on-charged

Windscreen – Your insurance company should be contacted in the first instance as windscreens form part of your insurance policy. If your company does not have cover for broken or damaged windscreens, we have negotiated favourable rates on your behalf.

Tyres – If your tyres need replacing or repair please take your vehicle to the closest tyre and wheel alignment specialist and advise them that you are a FleetPartners Customer. Fuel Card - if you have a FleetPartners provided fuel card that has been lost or stolen, please email us immediately with name of your company, name on card and vehicle registration to: email@example.com. A replacement card will be arranged and despatched to you within 48 hours.

Vehicle Registration – it is your responsibility to drive with a current vehicle registration label. For vehicles where FleetPartners manage registrations, labels are forwarded to your company fleet administrator. If you have not received it by the expiry date, please contact us
