FleetPartners is pleased to announce the launch of our on-lne and mobile friendly Service Finder tool.
‘Following our 2012 Customer Experience index research, it was evident from the feedback we received, that the majority of our Customers wanted more time saving cost effective solutions to maximise ‘their’ outputs’, said Marketing Manager, Gail McNamara.
‘One of the key objectives when we analyse our research, is to identify opportunities that will ultimately help our Customers service their Customers. Our business is more than the vehicle people drive. It’s the time spent on the road, the convenience of accessing information in ‘real time’ and the removal of stress should the unforeseen occur.
‘By removing the administration and logistics of managing a vehicle or fleet, our Customers can focus on their business’.To this end, FleetPartners has created an on-line web tool that our Customers can access either from a computer or mobile.
It's now become easier for you to find a service provider for scheduled servicing, repairs, tyres, glass repair/replacement and Warrant of Fitness.
Our quick search function will let you find contact details and directions anywhere, anytime - great for those who travel out of town or are unfamiliar with the local area.
