You’ll only need to make one call to our Collision Management team and we’ll take care of your driver immediate needs first and foremost and then the car.

- Downtime management – we’ll capture the full incident details over the phone, reducing the need to fill in a claim form. If your vehicle can not be driven it will be taken to one of our preferred repairers, who guarantee the repair quality. Our team will oversee the process to ensure repairs are kept on track and keep you up to date on the progress.
- Accident assessment – we will arrange an appointment with a preferred repairer who will contact the driver to arrange a suitable time to view the vehicle
- Co-ordination and negotiation - liaise directly with your insurer or broker and oversee third party Recovery and Settlements
